1. Shipping Method & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2-5 business days
• USPS Priority: Typically 1-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates directly from the carrier, and are not guaranteed.

2.  Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, where you can directly monitor your delivery status.

3. Delays / Issues

We, RC Custom Cards, are NOT responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or factors that are out of our control. In the rare case your order is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
