How long will my order take to be delivered once purchased?

All RC Custom Cards are made to order. Below is an overview of our standard production and shipping timeline:

  • Design Proof: Your digital design will be sent to the phone number provided within 48 hours of purchase for your review and approval.
  • Production: Once your design is approved, your custom card will be professionally created and shipped within 48 hours.
  • Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. All orders ship from New Jersey.

Need Your Order Sooner?

Select our Express Service ($25) to receive your design within 24 hours and have your order shipped within 24 hours of design approval.

Priority Shipping ($12.99) is also available for faster delivery after shipment.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your card arrives damaged, we've got you covered!

Simply contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item. Once the damage has been verified, we'll arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to making things right!

Can I still get the bundle discounts if I want multiple cards with different designs/styles?

Absolutely! You can mix and match different designs and photos while still receiving our bundle discounts.

To do this, simply customize and add each card to your cart individually. Once all your cards have been added, the applicable bundle discount will automatically be applied in your cart.

Example: If you're ordering 4 different cards, select the 1-card option, customize your first card, and add it to your cart. Repeat this process for the remaining 3 cards. Once all 4 cards are in your cart, you'll automatically receive the 4-card bundle discount!
